Question about lux/kurz skills - Guild Wars Forums

If you are both rank 1 in the kurzick and luxon title tracks, can u get 2 copies of all the skills, one from donating luxon faction and the other from kuzick faction? If so, then couldnt you use 2 copies of one of these skills on your bar?

I don't think you are able to use both the Luxon and Kurzick skills at the same time. Just checked GuildWiki, this is confirmed.
